If one of your party does not want to participate in the workshop, then they can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine and a good book.

Discover the Bordeaux wine region while learning how to taste in a fun and interactive way. Get a feel for the typical Bordeaux grape varieties, their aromas and flavours and learn an approach to tasting. Practice your skills while tasting wines made in different styles, from different vintages and grape varieties.

GETTING BEYOND THE JARGON TO UNDERSTAND SUSTAINABILITY

Dig into the different approaches winemakers are taking to farm sustainably. What decisions do they have to make? What impact do these have on the environment & what does it mean for the wine in your glass? Sally shares her personal experience and puts it in the broader context of the Bordeaux region and the Fronsac AOC. This is an interactive session as you delve into 50 shades of green and what it means for you as the consumer.
