When do I get my first case of wine after signing up?
If you sign up before June, then you can still have the Spring/Summer Selection or wait until the Autumn. We will not ship during July and August (Europe) and to some States of the US in September if it is still very hot due to the risk of spoilage.
Can I customise the Spring or Autumn selection?
Yes. With each selection, we will give you some options for swaps and if you want something specific such as a particular vintage or all one colour, then we are happy to help with that too. Just email us on sally@chateaugeorge7.com
Can I offer membership to someone as a gift?
Absolutely – you can gift a membership for minimum 1 year or you can gift all or part of your regular shipment to someone else on a one-off basis. For example:

Gift one of your cases of 6 to someone else.

If you are on 6 X 2 membership then there might be a slight difference in shipping costs (higher or lower);

If you are on 12 x 2 membership then gift all 12 or 1 x 6 and we just charge you the extra shipping for shipping the 12 to 2 different addresses.

What if I seem to be getting and storing too much wine?
Here are some ideas to keep on getting Club benefits – it would be a pity to see you go:

If you are on a 12 x 2 plan then maybe reduce to 6 x twice a year

Gift one of your cases of 6 to someone else.

If you are on 6 X 2 membership then there might be a slight difference in shipping costs higher or lower depending on where they live

If you are on 12 x 2 membership then gift all 12 or 1 x 6 and we just charge you the extra shipping for shipping to 2 addresses.

Pause membership for 1 or 2 seasons – if longer, then you are no longer in the club and lose club benefits.
How do I pause or cancel membership?
Club membership is for a minimum of 1 year so we trust you will honour that commitment. Once your full year of membership is up, while we will be sorry to see you go, then just let us know when we send out our email 3 weeks before shipping with the season’s selection.
If you are travelling or just haven’t got through your wines, to continue with Club benefits, why not pause for 1 season?
