Club membership is for a minimum of 1 year and as a thank you for your loyalty, not only do you get wine at a special rate but also access to special Club wines along with curated gifts and invites to events. Each shipment also comes with tasting notes and food and wine pairing ideas. If you would like more wine than 24 bottles per year, we can always oblige at special member rates.

How Does It Work?
You commit to a year’s membership minimum (ie 12 or 24 bottles in 1 year) paid in 2 instalments a week before the wines are shipped.
Shipping of Collections
1. The Spring/Summer Collection is shipped March/April and the
Autumn/Winter one in September/October. We will not ship during hot
months for fear of wine spoilage.
Seasonal Suggestions
2. We will make a curated seasonal selection for you – and you can
make some adjustment to that too. We will sometimes offer wines of our
friends and neighbours depending on the season (such as rosé for
Summer) or you can stay with just George.

3. Three weeks before we are due to ship, we will email you with the wines we are planning to send and ask you if you want any adjustments to the
selection and see if there are any changes to shipping instructions.

4. You will receive a sign-in to the members’ area which will have details of
the upcoming selection, target shipment dates and any events or other
special deals. There you can keep up to date with when the wine should
be coming and let us know of any changes.
Welcome Gift
All members receive a welcome gift on joining Club George.
New members in 2025 will receive a copy of the new
Bordeaux Smart Traveller's Wine Guide by Georgie Hindle, the Decanter Magazine Bordeaux Correspondant.
Along with all your other goodies to share and enjoy!
In each subsequent shipment you will have your choice of free gift to keep or give away.
Membership Fees
Membership fees vary according to where you live because they include shipping costs and all member benefits listed above.
Example 2025 wine club rates for wine including delivery & all member benefits:

The Gift that keeps on Giving
If you are looking for a gift, then why not offer a membership to Club George? We will include a special gift message from you and if you want to send it at a time other than the normal Club shipments, we will do that (except during months when it is overly hot at the destination eg July and August in much of the Northern Hemisphere, plus September too in some US states).
In addition, if you want to have one of your membership shipments sent to someone as a lovely present instead of receiving it yourself, we can do that for you. There just might be an adjustment to the shipping part of the price, depending on where they live.
