Harvest: 9th October 2018 by hand. Selective sorting according to grape maturity using both optical machine and manual sorting

Fermentation: In 500 litre French oak barrels and stainless steel thermo-regulated vats

Ageing: Matured in 225 litre French oak barrels for 18 months. 30% new and 70% 1-year old oak barrels

Alcohol Volume: 14.5% abv

Bottled: At the Château 2020
